4. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in the project proposal
• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Intellectual Property

• All work created by 4 Digi Sol remains our property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without permission

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business strategies, and project details. Client data will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

4 Digi Sol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
